Pumpkin Bars by Kim

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup of oil

2 cups granulated sugar

15 ounce can pumpkin

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

Frosting:

8 ounce cream cheese, softened

Half stick, butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 cups powdered sugar

Pan size: 10 x 15“ greased

Oven temp: 350°

Time: 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
