RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges minus shipping fees on products in their original condition. Original condition means unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please email info@janedomestic.com for your RA#. We require that your item is post marked within 5 days of your RA# being issued.

Once we’ve received the merchandise and approved the return, we will process your return within 7 business days and send you a notification by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will appear on your card.

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

For inquiries about a product or questions about an existing order, you may reach us by email at info@janedometic.com. Queries about existing orders should include the order number in the subject line.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays) before 5:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing that day and will ship within 48 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 5:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the following Tuesday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days.
