Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

I learned to make these at a Chocolate store I worked at in High School.  I’ve been making them ever since!


24 ounces Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark Vanilla Baking Bar

16 ounces Rold Gold Pretzels, Classic Thins

Line four baking sheets with parchment or wax paper. Place white chocolate in stainless steel bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until chocolate is melted.

Working quickly, use kitchen tongs or a fork to dip pretzels into chocolate. Cover completely with chocolate. Place dipped pretzels on prepared work surface.

Carmel Corn



Carmel Corn


1/2 cup popcorn

1/3 cup corn syrup, light

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter

Pop the popcorn.  Bring the corn syrup, butter, brown sugar and salt to a boil mixing well.  Toss with the popped popcorn. Line a rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Spread on the baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees until crisp, 10 to 15 minutes, checking often. Cool completely.
